- University-Industry Linkage / Knowledge and Technology Transfer from University to Industry: Read more This program provides master, PHD and post doc students with valuable experience within the context of a mutually beneficial collaboration between academia and industry. University Graduates and research output have to be absorbed by the industry. A research budget co funded by IRALEB and industrialist, who will assume the biggest share, will serve as a financial aid to PHD students working on topic proposed by the industry. Mentorship will be provided to those young researchers and close supervision of their work via workplaces provided for them.
