Michael Bauer is the Director of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation’s Office in Lebanon.
Nicolas Louka is a Professor of “Industrial Process Engineering”, director of the “Center for Analysis and Research” and “responsible of technologies transfer: University-Industry” at the FS-USJ (Saint Joseph University of Beirut), director of the UR “Technology and Valorization of Agro-resources”, director of the “Doctoral School of Science, Engineering and Technology” at USJ.

Hadi Y. Kanaan received the diploma in electromechanical engineering from Saint-Joseph University of Beirut (USJ), the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the Ecole de Technologie Supérieure (ETS), Montreal, Canada, and the Habilitation à Diriger des Recherches (HDR) from the Université de Cergy-Pontoise, Paris, France, in 1991, 2002 and 2009 respectively.
Dr. Safa brings a great deal of knowledge and expertise in the ICT and e-learning sectors. His career in advising started back in 2006 as an advisor of the President of the Lebanese National Assembly and, since then, progressed to several other ministries, such as Telecom, Education, and recently was the Senior Advisor of the former Minister of Industry.
Mohamad Arnaout received his M.S. in Electrical and Electronics from the Lebanese University, Beirut, Lebanon, in 2007, his M.E. in Microelectronics and Electrical Engineering from Paul Sabatier, Toulouse, France, in 2008, and his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Paul Sabatier, Toulouse, France, in 2011.
