Driven by social impact, krystel khalil brings more than 13 years’ experience in programs development, outreach and management in the fields of social and green innovation and entrepreneurship and technology transfer, in Lebanon and the Euro-Mediterranean region, focusing on growing innovative businesses and empowering entrepreneurship ecosystems.

She is currently the Programs Director at Berytech incubator and business development center, leading on various regional entrepreneurship support initiatives, funded by the European Union, including ecosystem development activities, acceleration and incubation programs, innovation events, access to grants and networks.

She coaches and advises entrepreneurs in the areas of communication and outreach, social entrepreneurship, business model and go-to-market strategies and gives university lectures and workshops in marketing research and entrepreneurship.

Being a member of more than 8 international innovation networks, krystel led on advocacy initiatives & actively participated in international entrepreneurship events that influenced the strategic growth of entrepreneurship ecosystems in social & green innovation and technology transfer.

Krystel is a certified Mentor from Mowgli Foundation and Confideo Venture Mentoring (a program by MIT); Social and green entrepreneurship coach and facilitator certified by IES Business school (Portugal) and the EU Switchmed program (Spain).

She holds of a Master’s degree in Business marketing from Saint-Joseph university and social entrepreneurship diploma from INSEAD.
