Michael Bauer is the Director of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation’s Office in Lebanon. Before that, he worked as a policy advisor at the KAS Middle East and North Africa Team in Berlin. In previous professional positions, Michael Bauer worked as a freelance consultant for the GIZ, the Bertelsmann Foundation and other German and international clients in the MENA region. In addition, he was responsible for project management of a humanitarian aid organization and headed the Middle East section at a university-based research and consulting institute in Munich.
